The Role Responsibilities

Business
Resource is responsible for End to end Production issue fix working with various country Business users.

Processes
Resource is responsible to follow all processes includes Incident management, Change management, Access and Control, Risk Management etc.,

People and Talent

• Need to work with different teams / resources with internal and other interfaces team and get the solution / reason for the issues raised by business.


• Also need to work with CIO team on the Change implementation walkthrough, Incident handling and test review and signoff.

Risk Management
Need to involve in Risk related activities to support the Manager to ensure there is no Risk in the application and system that is being supported.

Must have:

• Professional and open mindset towards change.


• Problem solving skills.


• Good communication skill.


• Good experience (5-7 years) in Production support and bug fixing activities.


• Self-motivated and eager to learn


• Able to work closely with other team members as well as work independently


• Understanding application layer protocols, (http, soap, dns, smtp, snmp, ssh, tls/ss, etc.).


• Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively.


• Proven experience supporting internet-facing production services and distributed systems.


• Working with development teams and testing teams for fast tracking the bug fixes.


• Identified Production issues / bugs and able to prepare solutions to fix in short time.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.


• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.


• Preferably 5 to 7 years of working experience in Production Support.


• Strong communication skill
