Purpose - Broad objective of the role

Senior Tech Specialist manages, delivers, and deploys aspects of lan/wan/Wi-Fi networks - Cisco Routers & switches, F5 Load balancers, Cisco WLCs & WAPS, Aruba Mobility Masters, Airwave, ClearPass, MDs & WAPS, Riverbed wan accelerators implementation, engineering, and day to day support of the same.
Candidate will coordinate closely with other ATT teams/client/vendors to resolve production problems and to ensure product quality. Receives escalations from operations teams and resolves customer-impacting network outages.
Candidate works with other internal teams on chronic problems in the network. Uses engineering specified hardware and software configurations for new network elements and coordinates with field support organizations to install these elements.
Responsibilities will also include:
. hardware/software configuration
. diversity/utilization analysis

. network implementation
. support new project implementation
. Incident, change and problem management and general subject matter expertise
. Day to Day operations on the LAN, WAN & Wireless areas of client.
. Install, configure, upgrade and patch network devices
. Support regular Run& maintain work on these devices along with Project work.
Certification in Network Technologies required.
Cisco CCIE/CCNP, Aruba ACMA/ACMP, F5 CA/CTS, Cisco ccnp wireless
Exp- 8 to 12 yrs.
