KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Part of a geographically diverse team that provides day to day support of Investran and other specialist fund systems to TMF's staff and external clients.
• 
  Assistin the development of processes and standards that will be applied across the global support team. Deliver work in conformance to those processes and standards.
• 
  Part of a global, virtual, support team that collaborates to deliver a consistent service to end users irrespective of their location or time-zone.
• 
  Participate inthe development ofapplications andintegrationsincluding API in a hybrid cloud environmentcollaborating with the Global Applications Services and Infrastructure teams.
• 
  Collaborate with sales and client servicing teams to ensure consistency of service delivery. Comfortable working across a wide range of cultures and time zones.
• 
  Participate in the standardised use of fund systems across TMF's global offices. Drive the adoption of consistent usage of IT platforms to ensure that global clients receive the same service offering irrespective of location.

PPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

KEY BUSINESS EXPEREINCE

• 
  Web application development utilising Classic .net / asp.net /
• 
  Visual Basic (v6.0), ASP.NET (1.1, 2.0, 3.5,4.0,4.5), VB.NET, C#, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, Web Services,RESTful Services,WCF, COM, VBA, MVC (v3, v4, v5), INFOPATH
• 
  Classic ASP (v3.0), JavaScript, VB Script, XML, XSLT,JQuery, Razor,KnockOut, AngularJS, MDX, JSON
• 
  Data Integration tools such as Alteryx, SSIS,Mulesoftand the development of integrations between theabove mentionedapplications.
• 
  Understanding of infosec and cybersecurity risks and challenges.
• 
  Experience of Private Equity systems (Investran,Allvue,eFront), industry leading Real Asset systems (Yardi) is preferable, but not essential.
• 
  Experience of Credit servicing and portfolio management tools such as WSO, Black Mountain, Loan IQ
• 
  Report Writing tools such as SSRS, Business Objects / Crystal Reports, Tableau,PowerBI
• 
  SQL Server, TSQL and database design
• 
  Experience of formal change management, including requirements elicitation, specification documentation, project co-ordination & planning

Expertise in System design and development required for business process.

Having a thorough understanding of how IT interfaces with multiple functional groups within an organization.

Ability to construct process models including data dictionaries and estimates.

Able to test business applications from a business perspective to ensure that all client requirements are incorporated into the design.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 
  Min5-7years of experience ofapplication development and support
• 
  Interestandexperience inautomationsanddashboardingutilising technology such asAlteryx, Anaplan andPowerBIwould behighly desirable.
• 
  Driven to optimise the use of applications andtechnology to maximise operational efficiencies.
• 
  Fluentin both written and spoken English.
