Skillsets Required
SAP BI BW on HANA Conceptual
Should possess strong conceptual knowledge of SAP BW BW on HANA. Database storage concepts extended star schema SID concepts and modelling scenarios.
Candidate should be good with logical reasoning. Should be able to deduce basic logic for a given problem.
SAP HANA Hands on
Usage of different types of views, Modelling scenarios Performance optimization SDA. Detailed knowledge of joins aggregation Union and rank nodes.
Should have worked on complex development logics in SAP HANA modeler.

SAP BW on HANA Hands-on
Should possess detailed handson knowledge on info objects, attributes.
Should possess good hands on experience on modelling complex scenarios involving
Advanced DSOs info objects Hierarchies and composite providers.
Should be able to efficiently do the BW modelling eg transformations routines data sources and bex query designing customer exits etc. Good knowledge of process chains transports and authorization.
ABAP and SQL Coding
Should be good with ABAP and SQL script programing.
BOBJ hands on
Should have knowledge on creation of report in Analysis on Excel and Webi report. Any other BOBJ tool knowledge is a plus point.
Communication
Should be fluent in communication and confident to convey his points thought to the client audience in the official language i.e. English. Should be able to use all the mediums of communication effectively mail call skype etc.
Independent
Should be able to work independently on a given issue. Should provide various solution techniques designs before raising the flag.

Attitude
Should be able to work on the technical requirements independently. Should take full responsibility of the task assigned and work towards the completion of the assignment. Should have a positive attitude towards work.
