Prepares new sales manager by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
Determines training needs by traveling with sales managers, observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs.
Updates job knowledge by participating in opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
Design training curricula within time and budget constraints
Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g., videos and case studies)
Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
Report on impact of training programs (e.g., sales achieved)
Maintain updated records of training material, curricula, and costs.

Candidate Profile:
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
Experience in a sales position is a plus.
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
Excellent organizational Skills
Solid communication and presentation abilities
Degree (Any Graduate) in Education, Human Resources, or relevant field
Additional certification in training is a plus.
Excellent Communication Skills - Should be able to communicate well in English, Telugu and Hindi will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Roles and Responsibilities
Apply proven instructional design theories, practices, and methods. Course and content developer; should provide training for sales & branch managers-Evaluate training outcomes based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Design and deliver engaging training using various training modalities including, but not limited to: mobile, online, video and via other broad reach vehicles using grounded adult learning principles
Create assessments for knowledge & skill evaluation of our sales force and trainers to analyze the learning effectiveness.
To create training content for learning interventions of different sales channels, product training, sales support material including one-pagers, memory joggers, bite-d learning, etc. for enhancing the knowledge and abilities of our Sales & training force.
To support in Training need analysis and implementation
To liaison with different Channel stakeholders for training content & develop Functional Learning modules for all the sales channels
To develop Behavioral modules to enhance team management & leadership capabilities of mid-level management.
To conduct Train the Trainer program & deliver other training programs
Designs curriculum and delivers training for sales team on various types of techniques of sales modules including using supported software and tools.
Design Presentations (PPTs), create infographics, videos, etc., about the products and services.
Develop learning materials relates to business development and associated documentation for instructor-led training, eLearning, and virtual classroom offerings for sales staff
Prepare learning materials from development specifications, service documentation, and field service requirements.
Conducts needs assessments, identifying specific performance gaps and knowledge gaps. Needs to write effective learning objectives.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Works with subject matter experts to obtain content and to develop relevant case studies and exercises.
Facilitates meetings to gather information required for the development.
Sets expectations with sales and branch managers and provides clear, succinct updates.
Creates training delivery plans. Manages details of the task/project through the use of basic sales management skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Comm
Instructional Design Certifications will be an addon
Professional experience working as a Content Developer, Content Strategist, Content Creator, or a similar position.
Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in Intrusctional designing and developing training courses and content development.
Quickly learn the business structure.
A portfolio of publications.
Must have computer knowledge, including MS-Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Presentation) skills.
Should be proficient in speaking English, Telugu, and Hindi
Ability to work in teams as well as independently as and when required.
Amazing written and verbal communication skills.
Experience : 3 - 8 years Salary: 2,50,000 - 7,00,000 P.A
