Job Purpose
The position is responsible for the management of the entire postpaid subscriber base for their revenue growth. The person needs to monitor the usage behavior of the base and design and launch products for increasing the usage and thereby the revenues

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• To manage the entire postpaid existing base for the Cluster and facilitate New acquisitions thru various channel
• To analyze data relating to usage patterns of the customer so as to identify opportunities for process improvement and /or revenue enhancement
• To develop Monthly Revenue Plan and Initiatives at a micro level
• To review the churn numbers and reasons for churn and take corrective action
• To listen in to the calls reaching retention team at call centre and at shops , Get customer Insights on reason's of Churn
• To identify and monitor progress of the Plan upselling activities, proactive retention activities
• To co-ordinate with brand team for relevant POS for the product in retail shops and website updates
• To track competition activities
• To Market updates and coordinate with retail team to drive the business agenda.

Postgraduate MBA with 2-3 years' experience
