Job description
Roles and Responsibilities

Research market trends to design Home Decoration and Festive Decorations for the International Market
Create CADs, Blueprints, Tracings and presentations for sampling using softwares like Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Auto-CAD, etc.
Create collections of Samples for clients on the basis of their trend boards.
Obtain feedback from clients on the collections shared and offer additional samples or corrective measures depending upon the same keeping in mind the target price
Create your own trend boards and Mood Boards to develop new collections and presentations for Trade Shows keeping in mind the price point.
Keep up with the latest trends in the International Market and ever evolving requirements of our customers.
Procure raw material such as beads, threads and fabrics for sampling at optimised prices.
Coordinate with the production department to ensure that the quality of the production is maintained in accordance to the sample and/or prerequisites of the buyer.
Work in coordination with the Merchants to ensure the product reaches the right set of customers.
Develop cost effective and innovative packaging.
