Zeta was founded by serial entrepreneurs Bhavin Tukharia and Ramki Gaddapati in 2015 to bring Banking into the 21st century. Reporting into President US Banking, you will be responsible for owning the P&L and complete Zeta's customer success function. In a consultative yet operational role you will work with our clients by engaging Zeta's cross functional team to design & implement Zeta SaaS and related professional services that are on-time, on-budget and on-specification. In this high-touch role, you will use your consultative listening and selling skills to thoroughly understand our client's business and successfully implement Zeta's solutions to help them achieve their strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring a customer first, customer value culture, along with a proven record of leading customer engagement/success teams. You will be responsible for engaging with Zeta's prospects during late stages of the sales cycle to successfully transition the sale from prospect to implementation
Responsibilities

  • Design/consult on next generation credit offerings by bringing your brightest ideas to building successful card programs for our clients.
  • Build strategic alignment across the company to ensure our approach, offerings and resourcing are effectively influencing our product adoption.
  • Product & Engineering: Engage and provide customer feedback and input to the product roadmap act as voice of customer regarding issues/opportunities and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with key services organizations in customer success to ensure customers have the right services and capabilities to achieve results.
  • Build long term relationships with clients to drive preference and mindshare for Zeta offerings - implement land and expand strategies to convince clients to give more business to Zeta
  • Establish thought leadership and trusted advisor relationships
  • Develop, manage, and maintain strong, active consultative relationships with executive-level contacts at clients.
  • Thoroughly understand your clients' business objectives and strategize with Zeta's product, business development, and senior management team members to identify new opportunities and solutions.
  • Working closely with the Operations teams (Zeta and Client) to see the implementation of each contract/agreement from start to end.
  • Over time, this role will be responsible for Sales & Renewal Management: Collaboration and engagement alignment and review of key performance indicators including usage, churn, upsell and net retention to ensure the most effective path to success for customers and for Zeta. Regular communication and engagement in key customer activities and events.

  • Required Experience

  • 5+ years of customer success leadership role in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of working with data and systems to analyze and measure key performance metrics to ensure that the strategy and direction is increasing adoption and customer business outcomes including usage, churn and net-retention.
  • Have built a high performance customer success function.
  • Financial acumen and understanding of banking business models.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Organized, detail oriented, flexible, self-starter and highly motivated.
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate well with teammates and business partners and influence business decisions
