Roles & Responsibilities:
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Planning and preparing presentations (say hello to Powerpoint)
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature
- Writing reports
- Providing management with feedback
- Analyze the current customer base, to identify potential sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders
- Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates to customers and stakeholders
- Negotiate timelines and budgets
- Develop and test unique business strategies and concepts
- Collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
- Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions
- Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
- Must have the experience to handle a team of sales agents.
- Should be ready for the field (75%) for lead generating.
- Must have the knowledge to access the internet, social apps and basic skills of generating leads into cash by impressing people.
- Sales Strategy for this post has to be followed by a combination of the company’s module and with personal field experience.
- Must have good communication skills and access knowledge of Local regional language and English.
- The candidate must be 25 or 28+ years of age.
