Client Success is the primary arm that is responsible for retaining, growing wallet share, and nurturing relationships with existing clients across various target industries in that region by offering complete suite of solutions for printing & packaging. This position will be responsible for negotiation, sale or delivery and post-sale services to a group of clients. The position will be responsible to sell products and/or services to current customers and identify new and potential customers. This position entails for a young and a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and who is passionate about generating sales/ new business and shall be responsible for a combined role of client servicing and new business development in the domestic Indian market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· We require marketing executives who have knowledge of printing & packaging. The company primarily engages in offset printing of mono cartons, books, catalogs, posters and labels, the key responsibility of marketing executives is to develop new clients and follow up with converted leads for repeat orders.
· Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
