- Understand companies Vision and gain in-depth product/software knowledge
- Be the primary point of contact with new and existing customers
- Provide product/software knowledge to new customers through email, phone, screen-share and in-person meetings.
- Prevail to be the bridge between the customer and internal teams.
- Design and deliver customer requirements using our propriety tool.
- Write on a wide variety of topics for different digital platforms(Namely Websites, Blogs and Portfolios)
