Responsibilities and Duties
· Identifying new sales lead and follow up with existing leads.
· Maintain relationships with existing customers.
· Social media research and marketing to identify new leads in potential markets.
· Research on current and future market trends and to implement.
· Contacting all leads and Customers via email or phone and set up meetings/trainings.
· To assist companies acquire new customers.
· To assists the marketing on new initiatives and planning.
· Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events. Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
· Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
· Preparing new quotes and proposals.
· Vendor Negotiation skills by phone, email, and in direct discussions.
· Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
· Training, Customer Support team members and sharing field knowledge with the team.
· Must be socially adapted. Willing to travel across India.
· Ability to solve Customer issues.
· Having the ability to handle sales pressure and meet deadlines and prioritizing skills
· Attentive to group discussions and listening skills.
· Must have good communication skills in English and any other local language as per the location. Excellent time management skills.
